Remote Connections (Screen Sharing)

You don’t need to struggle in silence!  Let us help you understand or solve Ape Software technical issues with desktop support.  We can also use this to show you around and provide a demo.

Instructions for Screen Share Sessions

To set up a quick screen share:

  1. Contact Ape Software:  Let us know and describe what’s happening and what you need help with.  
  2. Download & Run:   Click here or on the TeamViewer graphic on the right (18.2 MB).  Click [Run] to launch the quick support client.  If prompted to allow remote sessions, click [OK], [Accept], or [Next].
  3. Your ID & Password:  Once TeamViewer is ready, your 9-digit ID and Password auto-generates.  Provide this to us so we can get connected.
(We do not use audio via TeamViewer, so please call us if you wish to speak with us during the screen share.)

If you prefer to install the full version, you can download from the TeamViewer website for free.

Alternative Screen Sharing Methods

If you prefer another screen sharing software, please let us know in advance.  Please feel welcome to send us your meeting invitation to service@apesoftware.com for an alternative remote connection method, (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Go2Meeting, etc).
